Having a career spanning 50 years in communications and that of relationship building and interpersonal business skills, Tim is uncommonly able to bring people or organizations together. Tim is currently largely involved in making a difference for our environment ranging from tree planting missions to improving urban environments and reducing the carbon impact in the construction industry. His audience is diverse, from non profit tree planting to many in the real estate and development industry, including notable architects, engineers, commercial general contractors and developers, associations and educators, both here and abroad. Tim enjoys helping those with requirements where he can offer a hand to increase impact.

After a degree in architecture from UC Berkeley, Tim has been active in real estate and relationship building since 1974 and has a diversified background ranging from residential to institutional investment properties. More recently, Tim connects players with tree planting missions for improving the environment, and also those in the architectural, engineering and general construction industries with entities dealing with lower carbon solutions and improving the urban environment.

Whether the mission of planting more trees in areas of urgent need, or informing those in the commercial development industry of lower carbon solutions for construction, it is all with a strong sense of purpose.
